Franchisees of Zobel Loans Pty Ltd ABN 21 121 542 336 (‘Zobel’) refer clients who are interested in insurance products to Credit Union SA Limited (‘Credit Union SA’) ABN 36 087 651 232 AFSL 241066 as agent of Credit Union SA. In arranging insurance products underwritten by Allianz Australia Insurance Limited (‘Allianz’), ABN 15 000 122 850 AFSL 234708, Credit Union SA acts as agent of Allianz.
If your insurance policy is arranged by Credit Union SA as agent of Allianz, you will have to pay a premium or premiums to Allianz, details of which are set out in the policy documents for those products. If you purchase a policy with Allianz through Credit Union SA, Allianz pays Credit Union SA commission at rates which range from 5% to 22.75% of the premium.
Upon receipt of the commission from Allianz, Credit Union SA pays 30% to Zobel’s, 40% to the franchisee of Zobel’s that referred you to Credit Union SA for insurance products and the balance to Credit Union SA.
